Join a transformative online experience designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. In collaboration with SATIREV and AromArt; this global workshop supports individuals navigating endometriosis, offering a safe, empowering space for self-expression and healing.

In this 2-hour session, we will:
• Begin with 15 minutes of calming Visual Meditation to center ourselves, connect to our breath, and prepare for creative flow.
• Dive into a guided painting session inspired by the phases of the moon—symbols of transformation and inner strength. Together, we’ll channel the energy of the four elements—Earth for grounding, Wind for freedom, Fire for passion, and Water for emotional flow—creating art that reflects empowerment within our bodies and spirits.
What You’ll Need:
• A quiet space to participate
• suggestion: essential oil, candle, incense or favourite body oil or body lotion (this is for the meditation portion to stimulate our sense of smell)
• Basic painting supplies (e.g., paper or canvas, paints, brushes, cup with water, napkins)
• An open heart and mind

Since 2015, Anna has been creating vibrant, abstract works that celebrate the strength and resilience of women, drawing inspiration from the beauty of nature. Sacred Geometry and the Chakras. Each piece serves as a testament to the connection between art and the natural world, inviting viewers to reflect on their own journeys and embrace their inner strength.
In addition to creating art, Anna has been facilitating wellness workshops for over a year, providing a safe space for participants to explore their creativity and foster personal growth. Through guided exercises and collaborative activities, Anna encourages individuals to connect with their authentic selves, harnessing the therapeutic benefits of artistic expression. She speaks on the importance of being intentional with our 5 senses, combining essential oils, music and Visual Meditations during her workshops to support the body.
