Connected Communities in the Darling Downs

Welcome to the Darling Downs QENDO Community!

  • Meet your local coordinator - Ash

Ash is an experienced director and accounts professional with a strong background in operations. Ash has worked predominantly in the mining and energy sector and is particularly passionate about workflows, operations and management of organisations.

Ash was raised in a small rural country town and experienced first hand the limited access to health care due to where they live. She is the power behind QENDO’s annual Women’s Health Expo held in Rural Queensland each year. Ash is passionate about menstrual education for all ages and genders.

Ash was elected as Treasurer for QENDO in 2019 and since this time, reviewed and analysed the financial health of the organisation during this time.

  • Join our Online Community

Online communities provide a valuable space for support and information sharing for individuals dealing with endometriosis and pelvic pain. Our Group on Facebook offers a place for members to connect, share personal experiences, and access resources.

They can be particularly helpful for those seeking understanding and advice from others who are navigating similar health challenges.

Our Community emphasises privacy, respect, and mutual support, ensuring a safe environment for all participants.

  • Our Events

We bring the community together throughout the year to increase education, support, awareness, understanding and learning how to manage our symptoms locally.
