Connected Communities in Cairns & Hinterland

Welcome to the Cairns and Hinterland QENDO Community!

  • Meet your local coordinator - Grace

Hi! I’m Grace, Endomeet Coordinator for QENDO, based in Tropical North Queensland. After 15 years seeking a diagnosis I was finally diagnosed at age 28 and since then have travelled to Sydney to undergo multiple surgeries and various other procedures including egg freezing. I am deeply committed to supporting others navigating this condition. I also have a very bossy dog who keeps me on my toes! Through our Endomeet gatherings, I aim to create warm, empathetic spaces where members can connect, share experiences, and find strength in our community. Together, we are building a network of understanding and empowerment.

  • Join our Online Community

Online communities provide a valuable space for support and information sharing for individuals dealing with endometriosis and pelvic pain. Our Group on Facebook offers a place for members to connect, share personal experiences, and access resources.

They can be particularly helpful for those seeking understanding and advice from others who are navigating similar health challenges.

Our Community emphasises privacy, respect, and mutual support, ensuring a safe environment for all participants.

  • Our Events

We bring the community together throughout the year to increase education, support, awareness, understanding and learning how to manage our symptoms locally.
