Join Giorgia for a special QENDO March Yoga Event!
"A Yoga Class as a Physical and Psychosocial Support for your Endo:
Join me on the mat for a hatha yoga class focused at strengthening your pelvic muscles, relieving the stress and finding a new way to manage the pain through the integration of body and mind.
We will practice together in a safe environment, feeling free to share your thoughts or just listening to me or other participant's experiences, exploring different yoga poses that you will be able to independently try at home, maybe in the comfort of your own bed, for a good rest, or during a flare-up.
I am specialising in yoga for pelvic health, training with Stretch Yoga in Brisbane and the American Yoga Teacher Forum community. If you feel unsure about starting a yoga practice, come to have a chat with me about your concerns. It took me a long time to be where I am at now, and I am here to support you."

I understand that whilst every care is taken, the teacher will not be liable for any damage or injury resulting from my practice;
I understand and acknowledge that, in undertaking yoga practices I am doing so at my own risk. It is with that understanding that I voluntarily execute this release and waiver.
