Day Retreat by Hayley Marie Yoga

This beachside day retreat is a day to pause, reconnect, and nourish your mind, body, and soul while supporting a cause that truly matters. Together, we’ll move, breathe, laugh, eat, learn, soak in nature, and unwind in a space designed for recharging. This is a holiday without the big commitments.

What makes this day even more special? 50% of all proceeds will be donated to QENDO, a charity that supports those affected by endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, infertility, and pelvic pain.

As someone who has navigated my own journey with chronic pain and women’s health challenges, this cause is incredibly close to my heart. My hope is that this retreat creates space for awareness, conversation, and support.

What’s Included:

  • Yoga - all levels welcome. We'll start the day with a dynamic vinyasa flow practice to get the blood pumping and energy flowing and we'll spend the afternoon moving through a grounding slow flow, into a calming Yin practice, and then will round out the day with a Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice.

  • Crystal Bowl Sound Healing by Stephanie Barbieri to support the Yin & Yoga Nidra practices - bliss!

  • Nutrition & lifestyle guidance and a guided EFT Tapping session - with Clinical Nutritionist, Women's Health Practitioner and Podcast Creator & Host, Elle Brown from Elle Brown Wellness. 

  • Nature & ConnectionSoak up the fresh ocean air and stunning views with like-minded people

  • Nourishing FoodEnjoy a wholesome, delicious meal & afternoon tea treat to fuel your body, catered by qualified Naturopath and Wholefood Chef, Susan Thompson from Green Remedy Kitchen.

  • A Long break for YOU - choose how you spend your free time at lunch, perhaps with a dip in the ocean, a surf, the Long Reef Headland walk, journaling - any way that feels aligned for you.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Any props you have at home that will support your practice such as a bolster or blocks (don't worry if you don't have these things, we can go without).

  • A blanket

  • Any extra layers like a jumper or an eye pillow so you can get super cosy at the end of the day.

  • A beach towel & swimmers (if you want to swim)

  • A surf board (if you want to surf)

  • Change of clothes (if you need to change after a swim)

  • A journal / notebook and pen

  • A book (if you'd like to read in your lunch break) 

  • Walking shoes (if you'd like to do the Long Reef Headland walk)

This retreat is open to everyone - all genders, all ages (18 +) - whether you’re here for the yoga, the community, or the cause, you are so welcome.
