Join us for At Home with QENDO: Pelvic Floor SOS with Physiotherapist, Alex Diggles. Learn about what you can do to help improve your pelvic floor function, as well as have Alex answer some of the questions you may have.

Alex Diggles is an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience specifically in women’s health. Alex is incredibly passionate about empowering her patients to heal, improve and understand how best to optimise their own health and wellbeing. A key element in her care is ensuring a complete and holistic plan that provides up-to-date treatment options and focuses on achieving full recovery.

Alex has comprehensive knowledge across a range of clinical areas and is passionate about relieving dysfunction from pain disorders as well as improving symptoms of incontinence and prolapse. She is able to provide ongoing management and treatment for both adolescent or paediatric bladder and bowel disorders and support the woman during pregnancy and beyond. With her specialty scope of practice, Alex is there for the woman across her lifespan.

While Alex has recently become a mum and is happily balancing a work life and two vibrant young children, she was recently awarded the title of Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health by the Australian Physiotherapy Association and continues to be actively involved in teaching, service promotion and research.
