Aunty Flo for QENDO

Helen from Living Earth Aromatherapy

I'm really excited to have teamed up with the Endometriosis Association Queensland Inc (QENDO to its friends) for the month of July! Yes, this blog post is a little slow in coming, but I have actually done it before the end of July, so I'm counting that as a win 😉

This month I'm very happy to be offering 15% off all purchases from my online store to QENDO members (if you are a member - the offer code is in the member's area of the QENDO website, go grab it!), as well as giving $1 to QENDO for every bottle of Aunty Flo sold in July.

QENDO is a fabulous, not-for-profit organisation. They've been supporting and advocating for women with Endometriosis for thirty years (!!!) this year, and in that time (as you can probably imagine) they have become a leading source of support and information for women with Endometriosis, as well as their partners and families. They run Australia’s only dedicated Endometriosis support line and receive calls from women around the world in need of support. In total, they have supported more than 10,000 people affected by Endometriosis.

My Aunty Flo roll-on blend was one of the first blends I developed, and it was inspired by a dear friend of mine with Endometriosis. I gave her one of the very first bottles I made, and she loves to use it regardless of the time of the month.

I carefully designed Aunty Flo to help alleviate the various physical and mental/ emotional symptoms we're all a little too familiar with. It is soothing, calming and gently uplifting for both body and mind.

The essential oils included in the blend are known for being antispasmodic and analgesic (helping to relieve cramps and pain), soothing, anti-depressant, uplifting and helpful in balancing women's hormones. Please go have a look at the Aunty Flo page for a full list of ingredients and a break-down of all their incredible therapeutic benefits.

Thankfully there are many natural lifestyle changes we can all make to help with PMS and period pain, and to help reduce the need for painkillers. And Aunty Flo could be the piece of the all-natural, body-honouring support puzzle you’re looking for.

Thanks for reading my first blog post everyone, and if you ever have any questions, or would like some advice or recommendations, please don't hesitate to send me a message. I'm always here! 😊

All the best and take care,

Helen 🌸❤️
