A corner of the world to connect and support other female athletes.
We’re here to bring you real conversations on the topics you want, such as;
talking with your coach, planning your cycle for performance and more.

But first, let’s set something straight.

We understand the pressure you put on yourself and your body as an athlete.

The organisation, determination and will to succeed is where you focus. We get it. But if you find yourself in pain or questioning what is going on with your body, reach out. That deep pelvic pain may not “just” be a pulled hammy from having over-done it at training. There may be more to the story and it is crucial that you reach out or talk with a trusted health care professional.
Your performance and future success depends on it.
YOU know your body better than any panel or stopwatch. Be your own advocate.
